Why choose me over the sheriff's department?

I usually provide same-day service, so your papers are served quickly and your case can move forward without unnecessary delays. Unlike the sheriff’s department, I work closely with you, keeping you informed at every step and adjusting to your needs. I make multiple diligent attempts, and I’m flexible about timing—day or night—to ensure the papers are properly served. The biggest difference is that your peace of mind and your case’s progress are always my top priorities.

How much do you charge?

The standard rate is $65 per serve. If the service is outside your firm’s city, I add $0.70 per mile for travel.

What areas do you serve?

I am based in both Henry County and Weakley County, giving Gearin Priority Process a strong local presence in the heart of West Tennessee. I regularly serve in surrounding counties like Carroll, Benton, Obion, Gibson and Stewart, as well as other areas throughout West Tennessee. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, feel free to reach out—I am always happy to confirm and provide options.

When do I pay for service?

Most clients are billed after service is completed, but I am flexible. If you prefer a different billing arrangement,weekly, bi-weekly, or on another schedule, I'm happy to accommodate whatever works best for you.
