Same-Day Service (Emergency Service): For truly urgent needs (service on the same day the papers are received), a higher expedited fee is charged (+$85 to the standard rate). This brings a same-day serve to $150 total. Same-day requests usually must be received by 12:00 PM to allow time for immediate dispatch. This service is premium because it prioritizes your case above all others.
Included Attempts: Same-day service includes 1–2 delivery attempts on the day documents are received, depending on the time of receipt. This expedited option prioritizes your case above all others and is ideal for urgent legal matters requiring immediate attention. Documents must be received by 12:00 PM for same-day handling. Additional attempts beyond the same day can be discussed as a follow-up service if needed.
Weekend/Holiday Service: If available, serves required on weekends or holidays may incur an additional surcharge of +$25 extra. Especially if outside normal business hours. This is optional and can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Transparency: All rush fees are flat add-ons, not per attempt. You pay one rush charge regardless of how many attempts it takes within the expedited period. We believe in upfront pricing with no surprises on your invoice – the client knows the total cost of a rush job before we proceed.
Your service includes NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE OR PRROF OF SERVICE. We will update you upon completion of service and a copy of the notarized affidavit of service or proof of service will be emailed and the original hand-delivered to you.
