Rush Service

• Rush Service (24-48 Hour Priority): Rush service can be provided for situations requiring a faster first attempt. A rush fee of +$40 to the standard rate is added for this expedited service. Since standard is $65, rush would be $105. This rush option ensures your papers are attempted well ahead of the normal 3-5 day window.
• Included Attempts: up to 3 attempts are standard for rush service in the local area. If the target is not served after the included attempts, additional attempts can be discussed (often at a modest per-attempt fee or a new service fee, depending on circumstances).
• Turnaround Time: Standard service means the first attempt is usually made within 24-48 hours of receiving the documents . Subsequent attempts are made at different times or days to maximize chances of success. This routine timeline balances efficiency with cost-effectiveness for the client.
• Transparency: All rush fees are flat add-ons, not per attempt. You pay one rush charge regardless of how many attempts it takes within the expedited period. We believe in upfront pricing with no surprises on your invoice – the client knows the total cost of a rush job before we proceed.
• Your service includes NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE OR PRROF OF SERVICE. We will update you upon completion of service and a copy of the notarized affidavit of service or proof of service will be emailed and the original hand-delivered to you. 
• We will pick up all documents at your office, home, or meet to discuss for free of charge.
