Standard Service Fees (Routine Service)

• Flat Rate per Serve: A standard serve within your county is offered at a flat rate of $65 per serve. This fee covers one address for one case/defendant. Multiple attempts are included in the flat fee, so clients are not billed per attempt. 
• Included Attempts: Up to 3 attempts are standard for routine service in the local area. If the target is not served after the included attempts, additional attempts can be discussed (often at a modest per-attempt fee or a new service fee, depending on circumstances).
• Turnaround Time: Standard service means the first attempt is usually made within 3-5 days of receiving the documents . Subsequent attempts are made at different times or days to maximize chances of success. This routine timeline balances efficiency with cost-effectiveness for the client.
• Comparison: For context, the Henry County Sheriff (by statute) charges $50 for serving civil process in person ctas.tennessee.edu, typically for a single attempt. Private process servers charge a bit more because they offer quicker turnaround and multiple attempts.
• Your service includes NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE OR PRROF OF SERVICE. We will update you upon completion of service and a copy of the notarized affidavit of service or proof of service will be emailed and the original hand-delivered to you. 
• We will pick up all documents at your office, home, or meet to discuss for free of charge.
